Our Workshops

In our UK workshops we employ a team of craftsmen who are specialists frame makers, carvers and gilders. All our frames are made of wood. We have original 18th and 19th Century moulds to keep any ornamentation faithful to the period.

The materials used in the moulding process are still made to an 18th Century recipe which has proved its durability over two hundred years. We offer all levels of gilding from 'faux' gilt finishes to English watergilding in 23kt gold leaf.
